1 cup brown sugar
¼ soy sauce
½ tsp sesame oil
⅛ tsp Chinese 5 spice
1 clove of garlic, minced
2 tsp sherry
1 TBS Hoisin sauce
1 TBS red food coloring (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients and mix well. Marinate the meat overnight. The meat should bake in a foil-lined broiler pan. For ribs, bake at 350º for 30 minutes. For pork tenderloin or chicken, bake at 350º for 1 hour.
