Plenty of oil for no sticking and prevent eggs from burning.

Sautéed vegetable over oven prof pan or oven sage dish.

Beat 3-12 eggs like scrambled eggs.
Then add over the vegetables.
Sprinkle cheese over top if desired.
Put in oven depending on amount of eggs.

Depending on eggs. 7-20ish minutes.
Make sure no jiggly and clean knife comes out.
