3/4 - 1 lbs ground beef
3/4 - 1 lbs ground sausage or pork
1 large egg, slightly beaten
1⁄2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1⁄3 cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons fresh minced garlic
1 - 2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1⁄3 cup milk (can use up to 1/2 cup milk)
1⁄2 teaspoon dried oregano
1⁄4 cup chopped fresh parsley (or 2 tablespoons dried parsley)

To Bake:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
2. Roll the meat mixture into 1 1/2 inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
2. Bake in a 400F oven until cooked, about 20-24 minutes. The meatballs should all be evenly cooked and nicely browned on the outside and measure 165º in the center.

Stove Top Simmer:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
2. Roll the meat mixture into 1 1/2 or smaller meatballs
3. Pour 1 1/2 jars of pasta sauce into a large non-stick skillet on medium-low heat
4. Carefully drop the meatballs into the simmering pasta sauce, do not stir for 20 minutes
5. After about 40 minutes of simmering, check the center temperature of several meatballs. Temperature should measure 165º when fully cooked.
