Ingredients:  
1 cup oysters drained
2 ea large eggs
½ cup flour
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp fresh ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, pour oysters into eggs. Add salt and pepper let them stand 5 minutes and dredge oysters in flour. Drop into hot grease temperature between 325-375º F until brown. Drain onto paper towels.
