¼ cup butter
1 cup dark brown sugar
¼ cup Bannana liqueur
¼ cup dark rum
½ tsp ground cinnamon
4 bananas, peeled and sliced lengthwise and crosswise
¼ cup chopped walnuts or pecans.
4 scoops of vanilla icecream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a large, deep skillet over low heat. Stir in brown sugar, and cinnamon; cook until sugar dissolves. Stir in banana liqueur and bananas and cook until bananas soften and begin to turn brown 1 to 2 minutes. Put rum in pan and continue cook until rum is hot. tip pan or use gas match to ignite the rum. Once the flames die add walnuts in the pan Serve at once over vanilla ice cream.
