o Katie’s pie crust
o Course sugar
o 3Tbsp melted butter
o 6 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

Pre-Heat oven to 350º

Roll Katie’s crust out on a clean surface & with a rolling pin, roll out the crust thinly, but not thin enough to see light through.

Cut a rectangle into the rolled-out dough.

Sprinkle course sugar onto each side of the dough rectangle.

With the rolling pin, press the course sugar into the dough on both sides.

In a small bowl, mix melted butter & cinnamon.

Brush the mixture onto the rectangle of dough, coating evenly.

Fold the rectangle in half, then cut the folded dough into strips.

Twist each strip before laying them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Let them cool.
