2 C flour
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 sticks cold butter,
1/3 C ice cold water

Directions:

1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Mix

2 sticks cold butter, sliced thinly
Mix thoroughly until crumbs are roughly pea sized

1/3 C ice cold water--add just enough so the dough comes together.

Divide the dough in half, and chill in the fridge for 1 hour before rolling out
