4 medium apples, peeled and cored
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup butter, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Pour lemon juice over apples and set aside. Preheat oven to 350º. In mixing bowl, add flour, oatmeal and brown sugar. Place apples and lemon juice in baking dish. Sprinkle cinnamon over apples. Pour flour mixture on top. Dot with butter.
Bake for 25-35 minutes or until golden brown.
