1 Baguette
1/4 C olive oil
6 oz goat cheese
1/3 C cranberry sauce
4 oz thinly sliced prosciutto

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut baguette into thin slices (about 1/2”) and brush both sides with olive oil. Bake at 425 for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

2. Spread each crostini with goat cheese.

3. Top goat cheese with a spoonful of cranberry sauce. Repeat for all crostini.

4. Finish off by topping crostini with thinly sliced piece of prosciutto. Garnish with thyme.
