Directions:
Firstly, preparation is key when making Lumpia. Start off by separating all egg roll wrappers individually, stacking them on a tray from the packaging. Then you’ll start on the filling using any choice of meat vegetables such as beef, carrots, and onions in proportions for Lumpia. When the filling is almost done you drown an egg to consolidate the ingredients in a big lump wrapping them into an egg roll. Then set your stove to 360°F and fry your oil with the lumpia for 12-14 minutes!
