1 lb veal cutlets, sliced thin
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 lb sliced mushrooms
3 Tbsp butter
Pinch of sage
1/2 cup tomato puree
1 Tbsp flour
1/2 cup dry white wine
salt and pepper to taste
2 garlic cloves, chopped
Pinch of nutmeg
1 Tbsp green olives, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms in 1 Tbsp butter and set aside.
In same pan, saute garlic in 2 Tbsp butter until light golden, then discard garlic.
Add veal. Saute veal until brown and sprinkle with flour, salt, pepper, sage, and nutmeg. Add onions, wine, and tomato puree.
Cover and cook 20 minutes or until tender. Stir several times while cooking.
Add mushrooms and olives and cook another 5-7 minutes. Add a little wine or water is sauce is too thick.
