6 oz spaghetti
2 Tbsp butter
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 lb ground beef ( mixture of ground beef and ground mild Italian sausage)
1/2 chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
8 oz can tomatoes
6 oz tomato paste
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Cook spaghetti and drain. Stir in butter, grated cheese, and eggs. Form spaghetti mixture into a "crust" in a buttered 10 inch pie plate. Spread ricotta cheese over bottom of crust.

In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and green pepper until vegetables are tender and meat is browned. Drain and stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano, and garlic. Heat through.

Spread meat mixture over spaghetti. Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over top and bake 5 more minutes.
