Ingredients:  
1 can corn, drained
1 can cream style corn
1 package (8 oz) of Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 egg
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded



Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

In large bowl, combine all ingredients except the cheddar cheese.

Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

Top with cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes.

Let stand for 5 minutes and then serve warm.
