Directions:First you take off the stems of the strawberries make sure to not leave any of the stems. After making sure to dice up then smash the strawberries until you get a puree. Once done there is no exact measurement for the sour cream or condensed milk, just add and mix to the point where you get a very pink mixture. From there you taste, if its to sweet add more sour cream, if too bitter add more condensed milk get the dish to your liking everyone has different tastes. |

Notes: When making Fresas con Crema one must feel joyful and at peace with oneself. If the Cook is gloomy and/or pessimistic the dish will come out stale no matter how much sour cream or condensed milk added, the dish will give a resentful feeling where the consumer will start to grief for any small reason. If there is any piece of stems left the dish will taste like medicine. Make sure to remember every bite because when consumed one will feel relief, as if you are being held by a caring mother and you are an infant, it's a warm sensation you will never forget.
