Ingredients:
Drippings from Bacon or Sausage
Flour
Salt
Pepper
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
You will need enough drippings to make a roux for the amount of gravy you want. I use 1 Heaping tablespoon for every cup of milk. Brown the drippings, flour, salt and pepper to a deep golden brown. This is what brings out the flavor. Once browned, add milk slowly, stirring constantly to prevent lumping. May use whisk. Bring to a boil until desired thickness.

Serve with/ over biscuits.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
When I was a kid, I could eat 6 biscuits with gravy!!!
