1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (any kind of cheese will work)
1/2 tsp baking powder (use baking soda and cream of tarter to make it GF)
2-3 tsp water
Mineral salt (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
In a food proccessor combine almond flour, cheddar cheese and baking powder
add a teaspoon of water and blend. Continue until you get a dough like consistency (usually 2-3 tsp is enough)
Remove from food processor and knead in you hand to create a unifmorm consistency
Place dough between 2 sheets of parchment paper and roll to 1/8 - 1/16 inch thickness
Sprinkle with salt and score with pizza cutter
Bake in a 325 degree oven for 10 minutes until it begins to brown. (for extra crispiness without burning, bake at 300 degrees for 20-25 minutes
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before separating
