Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1½ - 2 lbs beef
1 - 2 tbsp oil (olive, avocado, preference)
1½ - 2 lbs frozen french fries
Taco seasoning packet
3-5 c Shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the beef into strips about a quarter of an inch thick and about two or three inches long. Put a pan with the oil of your preference on the stove to heat up. Whenever you can faintly see smoke coming out of the pan, add the meat. While cooking the meat, add the taco seasoning packet. While waiting for the meat to cook, preheat your oven, air fryer, or deep fryer and put the frozen french fries in. Once the fries are crispy and golden brown and the strips of meat are fully cooked and slightly charred in some spots, put the fries and meat on a plate (in that order), topping it with shredded cheese. To melt the cheese, if desired, put the plate either in the microwave or the broiler in your oven. Then, top the dish with whatever you want. A personal recommendation is to top it with Taco Bell fire sauce (one of the only good things from there), guacamole, salsa, chopped onion, jalapeños, cilantro, and banana peppers.

Personal Notes:
When preparing Cooper Fries, one must be at peace. If the one preparing the dish is hostile and bitter, the fries will come out soggy and the meat bland, tough, and grey. Be careful not to cut the strips of meat too thick or too thin before frying; if they are too thick, they will overpower the other flavors, and if they are too thin you may not even notice them. The instant that the tender meat touched the scorching pan and emanated those savory, smokey smells, I was teleported back to my great grandmother’s kitchen where I used to watch and help her cook as a little kid. If made correctly and with enough care and passion, Cooper Fries are a charming blend of different savory, salty, and spicy flavors.
