"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
- 2 Pieces of Hamburger Buns (pre-sliced)
- 1 lb of raw grounded beef
- 1 slice of cheese
- Several slices of 5 to 6 cm lettuce
- One tomato

Directions:
Directions:
Ground the pound of beef into ground beef if it is not grounded yet. Heat the oven to 160ºF. Put the beef patty on a tray. Make sure to add oil to the tray so the patty will not stick. Wait for the patty to turn brown and flip it over with a spatula to cook the other side. Get a plate and put the bottom layer of the bun on the plate. Rinse the tomato and the lettuce before slicing. Chop two equal slices of tomato and place it on top of the bun. Slice the lettuce to 5-6 cm length and stuff it on top of the tomato slices. Wait for the beef to finish which is roughly about 1 hour. Use a spatula to remove the patty from the tray and stack it on top of the lettuce slices. Get a slice of cheese and stack it on top of the patty. Finish the burger with a top layer bun.

Personal Notes:
When preparing a classic cheeseburger, one must be at tranquility. If the maker is filled with a whirlwind of negativity, the dish will become arrogant and rotten, just like the maker. Just taking a quick whiff and peek at a cheeseburger will make one feel suddenly soothed by their parents' presence. The texture of the cheeseburger feels as soft as marshmallows and as velvety as my bathroom curtain. The cheeseburgers aroma smells heavenly and other-worldly.
