"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
2 Onions
½ cup of Oil
A whole cut up Chicken (16 pcs)
4 Tomatoes
½ clove of Garlic
4 Jalapenos
Cilantro
1 tbsp of Salt
½ pot of Water
5 cups of Rice
Chicken Biryani Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
First Take two pots and place them on the stove. Fill one halfway with water and put the heat on medium. Take out the rice (5 cups) from the container that's been sitting in there at room temperature in water, now take it out and let it sit. Then add it to the pot with the water and let it boil. Next, take ½ cup of oil and add it to the empty pot and let it fry. Once heated, put in the two chopped Onions and let them fry. Next, take the chopped Chicken pieces (16) which are preferred boneless, and put them in the pot with the onions. While that's being cooked, take 4 cut-up Tomatoes, half of a clove of Garlic which is peeled, 4 Jalapenos, Cilantro, and 1 tbsp of salt, and add them to the Chicken. Next, take the boiled Rice and place it into a container so it dries up. After that's been sitting for 15-20 minutes, take the Rice and add it to the pot with the Chicken. Mix them both thoroughly and add some Chicken Biryani seasoning on them too. Lastly, put the lid back on the pot and let it cook for around 30 minutes or less. Then you have Chicken Biryani.

Personal Notes:
When preparing Chicken Biryani one must feel sensitive and confident. If the preparer of Biryani is bitter and hopeless, the dish will come out either dry, mushy, or chunky which are all the outcomes you want to avoid. A single glimpse of it makes you suppose it tastes sweet, sharp, and spicy at the same time. The texture makes you sense different varieties that are all combined into one. Every time I see my mom cooking Biryani my thoughts completely shift toward when my grandmother used to cook it for us, and how consistently perfect she was with it. It can bring many people from different cultures together because of its popularity, taste, and diversity that has combined many different countries all with contrasting seasonings, and recipes.
