Notes: When preparing this Mac n’ cheese, one must feel nostalgic and enlightened. If the preparer of this dish is gloomy, the dish will become salty like the Atlantic Ocean, from the tears that have fallen, and start to grieve. Beat the two eggs well before pouring them into the pasta. Leaving them out unbeaten for too long will make the yolks forge into tiny baby chickens. As cute as baby chickens may be, we need to keep them in as an unborn yolky fetus to make this recipe. This Mac n’ Cheese is warm and enchanting. Reminding one of a trip to Gram’s house on a thanksgiving day. One bite of this dish is a hug from Grandma.
