4-6 potatoes, cooked and cut up
4 hardboiled eggs, chopped
¼ cup sweet relish
½ stalk of celery, chopped
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
Chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine above ingredients and gently mix. Serve hot or cold.

Mom never measured, so the above ingredients are just a guide. Increase more or less
of ingredients according to what you like and use what you have on hand, like celery seed/flakes instead of celery.
