1 1/2 lb. breakfast bulk sausage
12 eggs
12 slices bread, cubed
1 1/2 t. dry mustard
1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 c. grated medium sharp cheese
3 c. milk
red peppers, diced
onion, diced
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 9 x 13 casserole pan.

Fry sausage. Add peppers and onions and cook just until onions start to become translucent. Drain excess grease. Beat milk, eggs, and seasonings together. In a large bowl, add sausage mixture to bread cubes. Pour eggs mixture over bread and sausage mixture. Add cheese and lightly mix all together.

Pour mixture into prepared pan. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight (at least 12 hours).

When ready to bake, remove from refrigerator and let set at room temperature for about 15 minutes while oven is preheating to 350º. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Let rest 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
