1 cup sugar
1/2 cup white Karo Syrup
1 1/2 cup raw peanuts
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non stick cooking spray. Set aside.
In large microwave glass bowl, stir together the sugar and corn syrup.
Microwave the mixture for 4 minutes. The sugar will boil. Carefully add peanuts and butter and use a heatproof utensil to stir.
Return the bowl to the microwave and cook for 3-5 minutes or until Carmel in color. The mixture will reach between 300-310 F hard crack stage.
Remove from microwave and stir vanilla and baking soda quickly into the mixture. The mixture will foam up. Stir just enough to mix,but don’t over stir.
Quickly pour mixture onto the prepared pan. Use silicone spatula sprayed with nonstick cooking spray to spread evenly. Allow to cool completely before breaking into pieces. Store in air tight container.
