Chill until icy cold:
3/4 cup Sego milk
Mix together:
2 1/2 tablespoons quick cooking tapioca
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1/8 teaspoon salt
Stir in 1 cup boiling water. Cook and stir over heat until smooth. Cover and cook until it is clear. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Whip milk until stiff. Fold into cold mixture. Chill for 1 hour.
