Pie filling:
1/2 bag (12-16 oz) each berries (any combination of 3 berries - strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, boysenberries, etc.)
1 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
3/4 to 1 cup sugar

Crust:
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2/3 cup butter
1/4 cup ICE WATER

Sift flour and salt. Cut in butter. Add water. Roll out pie crusts using wax paper.

Pie filling:
Mix cornstarch and sugar. Pour over fruit mixture. Stir. (if using frozen berries, after fruit defrosted place in pie shell.) Bake at 400 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with ice cream.
