Bacon Shot Glasses Recipe

Smoked sausage (andouille or kielbasa)
Bacon
8oz of cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or any kind you prefer)
1 diced jalapeño
season salt
BBQ rub
BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the sausage into 1/2” rounds
Mix cream cheese, cheese, jalapeño and season salt together and place in a ziplock bag
Wrap 1/2 of piece of bacon around the sausage to form a shot glass shape and use a toothpick to hold it together
Cut the corner off the ziplock bag and squeeze the cheese mixture into the glasses
Sprinkle with bbq rub

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until the bacon is done to your preference

If you prefer, after it is baked, brush on a little bbq sauce and bake a few minutes to form a glaze
