1 24 oz jar spaghetti sauce
10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach
2 c cottage cheese
1/2 c shredded parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
6-8 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
2 c shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Thaw spinach and squeeze to remove
moisture. Mix spinach, cottage cheese, parmesan cheese and eggs
together; set aside. Cover the bottom of a 9x13 pan with 1/2 of
spaghetti sauce. Layer 3-4 noodles on top of this, followed by 1/2
of the cheese & spinach mixture. Cover this with 1 c mozzarella
cheese. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese.
Cover and bake for 45 minutes.
