7 lg potatoes
6 Tbs. cream cheese
1 C. sour cream
¼ tsp. salt
¼ onion salt
¼ tsp. blk pepper
6 Tbs butter

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 350 degrees
grease a casserole dish

Boil potatoes in salted water till soft and drain
mash until smooth
stir in Cr cheese, sour cream, salt, onion salt and pepper
Transfer to the greased dish and dot with butter
Bake 1 hr.

These are good refrigerated overnight before baking.
This makes a large amount for with Sweetish meatballs
Recipe was used at Bethany church for bus tour lunches.
