3 large eggs
1 cup sugar
5 tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour *regular or 1-1 or rice four
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375
Line 15 x 10 x 1 inch jelly roll pan.
Beat eggs until very thick and fluffy. Add sugar gradually and beat well after each addition.

Sift flour, baking powder and salt together and beat until smooth.
Pour into prepared pan and sires evenly.

Bake 12-15 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched. Sift icing sugar over top of cake and turn out on a towel. Roll cake and towel up together loosely and let cake stand on rack until cool.
Unroll cake and sired with filling and roll up again.
