1 lb Elbow Macaroni
7 TBS of Butter (divided)
1 ½ TBS Garlic
2 ½ TBS Flour
3½ Cups of Half and Half
½ Cup of Heavy Cream
**Freshly Grated Cheese Only**
8 oz Colby Jack Cheese (divided)
12 oz Medium Cheddar Cheese (divided)
4 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese
8 oz White Cheddar Cheese
6 oz Mozzarella Cheese (divided)
2 ½ TBS Cream Cheese
½ tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Onion Powder
¾ tsp Paprika
½ tsp Pepper
Salt to taste
Tabasco to taste (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil elbow macaroni until al dente and combine with 2 TBS of butter.
Melt 5 TBS of butter into a sauce pan.
Mince and add garlic and saute for 30 seconds.
Add flour and cook until golden in color.
Add half & half and cream.
Once thick add all cheeses and spices reserving 1 cup of Colby Jack, Medium Cheddar & Mozzarella for the top.
Once cheeses are melted and well combined stir in the elbow macaroni .
Add salt (optional) and Tobasco (optional) to taste.
Top with remaining cheeses and bake for 15 minutes at 425º and broil for 5 minutes or until golden brow.
