1 cup butter (room temp)
1 cup brown sugar
¼ cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 T vanilla
1 T molasses
1½ cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
3 cups oatmeal
1 cup raisins
½ cup walnuts (optional)

Directions:

Cream butter and sugars
Add eggs & mix until combined
Add vanilla & molasses mix until combined
Mix in dry ingredients
Add oatmeal, raisins and walnuts (if desired)

Chill for 30-60 minutes

Bake at 350º 12-13 minutes
