1/2 C. margarine
1/2 C. sugar
1 egg
vanilla
3/4 C. cornmeal
1/2 C. flour

Directions:
Directions:
cream 1/2 C. margarine with 1/2 C. or sugar
add one egg and some vanilla
add 3/4 C. of cornmeal and 1/2 a C. flour
mix then form into a log in some foil or saranwrap put in freezer
when frozen roll it in some cornmeal
cut into cookies and bake for 8min in a 375º oven
