5 egg yolks
1 C. sugar
2 C. milk
1 C. heavy cream
cinnamon and 4 cloves
nutmeg and vanilla

Directions:

5 egg yolks (save the whites)
whisk in 1 C. of sugar
add 2 C. of milk, 1 C. of heavy cream to a big pot add cinnamon and 4 cloves
heat but DONT boil
temper the eggs (add a little of the scolding liquid to eggs so you don't cook the eggs) with about half of the mix and put in the big pot
low heat till thick
strain
mix the egg whites with a touch of sugar
fold into mix add nutmeg and vanilla and put it into the fridge and enjoy
