1 top sirloin steak *
½ medium onion chopped
½ green pepper chopped
8-10 fresh mushrooms chopped
1 can chopped black olives
1 6oz can green chilles (Ortega)
½ lb. Mozarella cheese
1/4 lb. cheddar cheese
2 tomatoes chopped
* can use ground beef instead of steak

Directions:
Directions:
Slice one top sirloin steak into thin slices. Fry with salt & pepper.
Combine ingredients to cook lightly with the steak. (not tomatoes and cheese) Just before serving add cheeses and then tomatoes. When cheese melts ready to serve. (Tomatoes are much better served on the side fresh not cooked)
