1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
1 large onion, diced
1 green or red pepper
2 cups (one can) tomatoes (use Rotel if you like hotter chili)
2 (8 oz) cans of tomato sauce
1 tbs cumin
2 tbs chili powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika (smoked is best)
1 (14 oz) can of dark kidney beans
1 (14 oz) can of black beans
1 (14 oz) can of pinto beans
2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
In Dutch oven brown meat with onions and pepper. Drain excess grease.

Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, cumin, chili powder, salt, paprika and water. Stir to mix thoroughly.

Add beans. Stir to mix thoroughly.

Bring to a simmer. Cover and cook for 1 to 2 hours.
