Ingredients:  
1/2 cup water,
4 tablespoons butter,
2 teaspoons sugar,
1 dash salt
1/2 cup flour,
2 eggs

Sugar/cinnamon mixture:
1/3 cup sugar,
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to boil water, butter, sugar, and salt until the butter melts. Add flour cook and stir. Remove from heat. Add two eggs one at a time till mixture is smooth and shiny. Roll into 1 inch balls. Put in deep hot oil. Fry about four minutes turning once till brown. Drain. Roll in sugar/cinnamon mixture.
