Ingredients:  
Lasagna noodles either plain or pre-cooked and
Large bag Mozzarella cheese

Meat filling –
2 pounds ground round or turkey burger,
1 diced onion,
1egg, beaten
salt and pepper,
1 t. Fresh or dried parsley,
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
3/4 c. breadcrumbs.

Sauce:
3 regular size cans of tomatoes,
6 empty tomato cans water,
3 large cans tomato paste,
Onions and garlic to taste, optional.

Directions:
Meat filling- Brown the ground round or turkey burger with onions and garlic and turn off pan.

Sauce filling: Mix egg, salt and pepper, parsley, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs. Add tomatoes, water, and tomato paste. Mix.

Layer
Noodles, sauce, meat filling, ending with sauce and mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes then reduce temperature to 300° for 15 to 20 more minutes.
