2 sticks butter
2 cups sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 jar of marshmallow cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup walnuts or pecans
1 1/2 cups flour
4 eggs - lightly beaten
1 cup shredded coconut

Frosting:

1 box powdered sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/3 cup cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350ºF

Mix ingredients together, adding nuts and coconut last. Bake in greased pan 35 minutes. Don't cool. Spread jar of marshmallow cream on top. Let cool.

Frosting:

Mix 1 box powdered sugar, sift in slowly; 1 stick melted butter, 1/2 cup evaporated milk, 1/3 cup cocoa & 1 tsp. vanilla. Beat with mixer. Spread on cooled cake.

Now you've got Mississippi Special Cake. HA!
