1½ pounds ground round beef (browned)
1 small onion, diced
2 small cans of water (tomato paste can size)
16 oz. Chopped tomatoes
1 small can of tomato paste
2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
Salt & pepper plus a pinch of garlic powder
8 lasagna noodles, cooked
2 cups of shredded mozzarella mixed with 1 cup cottage cheese and 1 egg
1½ -2 cups shredded mozzarella, dry
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Simmer ground meat, tomatoes, spices, water, onion for ½ - 1 hour
2. Cook noodles, layer 4 noodles in a 9 X 13 baking pan. Top with ½ sauce mixture and ½ of the cheese mixture.
3. Sprinkle with ½ Parmesan cheese.
4. Repeat layers.
5. Bake in preheated 350º oven for 45 minutes.

Lori’s lasagna is delicious! This recipe is easy to put together, smells wonderful while in the oven and guaranteed to make some hungry tummies very satisfied!
Bonus: this prepared dish freezes well too.
