4 cups sliced, peeled peaches (frozen are okay)
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp. cold butter
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Pre-heat oven to 350º.

Spray 8x8 inch baking dish and arrange peaches in it. Mix flour, brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and butter in a bowl with a pastry cutter until crumbly. Fold in oats and pecans. Sprinkle topping over peaches. Bake in pre-heated oven until topping is lightly browned, about 30 minutes.
