Ingredients:  
1 1/2 lb. very lean ground beef,
2 cans kidney beans,
2 bags taco chips,
1 cup cheddar cheese,
2 or 3 heads lettuce, shredded finely
2 or 3 green onions cut small,
2 tomatoes cut small,
salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.

Dressing - equal parts Catalina dressing and mild red taco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Drain and cool meat mix. Drain and rinse kidney beans. Mix all ingredients together. Crush and add taco chips last. Pour on dressing and mix well just before serving.
