Two beaten eggs,
2 teaspoons flour,
1 tablespoon butter,
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon,
1 1/2 cups sugar,
4 cups rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Put diced rhubarb in a large bowl. Add sugar, beaten eggs, flour, and cinnamon. Mix well.
Add to pie crust already prepared. Dab on butter. Add top crust. Fold edges. Bake at 325° until table knife comes out clean
