⅓ cup Margarine or Butter, softened
1 pkg Lemon Cake mix

Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Mix softened margarine, egg, and dry cake mix until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup. Pat mixture in an ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Bake 12-15 minutes until light brown
 

Glaze

2 Eggs
1 cup Sugar
¼ tsp Salt
2 tsp Grated Lemon Peel
½ tsp Baking Powder
¼ cup Lemon Juice

Beat until foamy and light. Pour over hot crust and sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 15 minutes until light brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cool and cut into bars

My cousin Jeff and I would love to eat these when we went to grandma's house! If I remember correctly, we would usually fight over these and her cherry cheesecake!
