6 oz of any pasta
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup of pumpkin puree
2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp of sage (add more or less for taste)
1 cup of shredded parmesan cheese
salt and pepper (taste)

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium skillet, add the butter and pumpkin puree and stir on medium heat until smooth. Next, add the heavy cream and put the heat on low heat; add in your sage and simmer for about 4 mins. Add the shredded parmesan cheese to the sauce. When the pasta is done cooking, add a splash of pasta water to the sauce. Add the pasta and enjoy.
