1 lb jumbo lump.
1 egg
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup French's mustard
parsley
Old Bay
12 Ritz crackers crushed ( as a binder)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Mix all ingredients lightly
form into palm size cakes
cook 25-30 minutes
