2 Tblsp Butter
2 Thick Slices Columbus Salami, Diced
3 Eggs, Scrambled
2 Slices White Wonder Bread
2 Tblsp Butter (Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.

Add salami and sauté about one minute, until heated.

Add in the eggs, and cook, stirring often, until eggs are fluffy and cooked through. Do not overcook.

Toast up two white Wonder bread slices and slather with butter.

This recipe comes from Ryan Miller. Apparently Papa shared this with him. Sounds like a pre-cursor to a heart attack, but I’ll bet it tastes delicious.
