Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups warm water
2 1/4 tsp yeast
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. olive oil
3/4 tsp salt
3 1/2 cups a/p flour

Filling:

3 tbsp. butter, melted
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp chopped parsley
1/2 lb. thinly sliced large pepperoni slices(found in deli)
1/2 lb. bulk Italian sausage, browned
1 lb. cheese, shredded
Jar of Mariana Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast, warm water, and sugar in large mixing bowl. Let rest for about 5 minutes.
Add flour, olive oil, salt. Beat on low speed for a couple minutes. Knead for about 4 minutes. Oil a bowl and place dough in bow, turning to coat all sides. Cover and let rise
for about 1 1/2 hours or until doubled.
Punch down after risen and divided in half. On a floured surface, roll each half into a rectangle approx 10 x 16. If dough shrinks, let rest and then roll again.
Mix butter and garlic and spread over dough. Leaving an inch around the sides, place in layers the mariana sauce, pepperoni, cheese, sausage. Repeat layers. Remember you are making 2, so divide filling between the two. Brush the edges with an egg wash
(1 lg egg beaten with 1 Tbs water). Roll tightly into a 16" log, folding in the top and bottom edges as you go. Make a tight roll. Brush with additional melted butter. You can also sprinkle top with dried herbs, sea salt, Italian seasoning or parmesan cheese.
Make several slits in dough and place on parchment paper on a large baking sheet.
Repeat with other dough ball. Place in refrig for awhile to set the dough.
Bake at 400º for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for about 5 to minutes and then transfer to a cutting board and slicing

Personal Notes:
Christie found this recipe online. Everyone loved it. You can refrigerate dough for several days before using. Go sparingly on the Mariana sauce.
