10 c. DOLE pineapple juice (use ONLY Dole)
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 pt. orange sherbet

Combine pineapple juice, ice cream and sherbet, and beat until smooth and well blended.

Add 1 quart of gingerale before serving. (Can be prepared in advance and add the gingerale just before serving.)

One recipe makes 17 cups.
