2 Tbs garlic powder
1 Tbs cayenne
2 Tbs cumin
1 Tbs oregano
1 Tbs cilantro
Directions:

Combine all of the ingredients in a half-pint mason jar or another sealed container, mixing well. This bulk recipe makes enough for six batches.

Use 1 1/2 tablespoons of seasoning mix per batch of chili.
