Cook Ground beef in skillet and drain.

Follow instructions for instant mashed potatoes on box

Cook Bacon either in skillet or microwave (Be careful not to make to crisp as it will become more crisp in the oven)

Add half the ground beef to a sprayed casserole dish.

Sauté the onions and peppers and add half over the ground beef layer.

Add 1 can diced tomatoes over the onion and pepper layer.

Next you will need to make the cheese sauce in a pot. Add all cream cheese, 8oz of shredded cheddar, and the block of Velveeta cheese. Gradually add heavy cream until all cheese is melted and mixed into a creamy cheese sauce.

Experiment gone right! SAM says HELL yeah I could have this every night. My response is that only if money grew on trees. This can get a bit pricey to make!
